The property used to be a nice local place to stay to be near my parents, but it has completely declined. Unless you're looking for a no-tell motel, stay elsewhere.

Property was convienent for our plans we had this past weekend. The young man that works at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Room wasn't as clean as we would have liked. We got parking right in front both nights we stayed over and felt better about this since we had a nice car rental.

Totally disgusting!!!!
I was highly disappointed with my room. It was so disgusting and filthy. Left right away. However, I got there at 5:43 PM on 10/05/2024 I went to the front desk to demand my money back because there was no way I could sleep there nor could I breathe because of the foul odors and residual smoke odors. I was told I was in the room longer than an hour so I couldnā€™t get my money back. I wasnā€™t aware of any rules that states if I was in the room for more than a hour I couldnā€™t get a refund. The reason I was in the room too long was because I had to find other arrangements or I was going to sleep in my car. I left at 6:46, three minutes too late. I am disputing this lost of funds. I did take videos and pictures of the room. The dirt, bugs and the disgusting towels, sheets, pillows, rags and spiderwebs with bugs.

I wasn't expecting anything great but the location was so convenient for where I needed to be the following day. Check-in was smooth. It wasn't too busy (perhaps because it was a Sunday night); I didn't hear any noise outside while in my room. My only gripe is that normally I can take the smell of smoke, but it was pretty strong, as if it wasn't aired out once in a while.

Very bad experience, the worst part is the staff are very rude and unprofessional. They did not change the bedsheets from previous guests and they said that itā€™s not a 5 stars hotel to expect the 5 stars services. I asked them to change the bedsheets from previous guest they refused and was very rude to me. Room was very smelling and dirty, I will never book this place again.

All I have to say is that this hotel just need to be renovated all over again and itā€™s not a family hotel and the pictures doesnā€™t match the hotel at all it really dirty I saw big a roach the sheets is not white itā€™s brown the towels isnā€™t white either when I showered thereā€™s hairs all over the walls I just think they just need to remodel everything all over again cause what I see i donā€™t understand how they still in business overall horrible wonā€™t be coming back
