We try to see which three rooms was clean it was dirty filthy blood stains everywhere. Broken picture frame. It was horrible. I wouldnā€™t. Iā€™m trying to get my money back from them. Will stay there.

Night Manager very nice and friendly and helpful. However, room was dirty, ac worked but was nasty and pieces were all over the floor, curtains all ripped up and had to get paper clips to hold together so i couldnt be viewd in my room from outside. Property was sold out and i was too exhausted to keep going so I cleaned what i could just to sleep. Not a great experience. Disappointing

First the elevators were not working,my restroom dryer's was not working 2 lamps were not working only one lamp in the room was switching on also the switch board were too loose to plug-in chargers only one switch board was working. They never refilled the breakfast stuff if it was over even though there were people left to eat .It was a really bad experience for me. I would never come back to you guys

First, the rudeness of the check in and check out person which was the same lady. She said her name was Betty, which I discredit it was her name. The elevator was not working for the duration of the weekend of our stay. Our room was on the third floor. The carpet on the floors were disgusting stains every were. The linen on the bed was dingy, the sofa had stains, the bathroom stink with a vile odor, the toilet seat was broken, the shower/tub would drained slowly while taking a shower. There was only two towels in the room one with a blue strip and a white towel. I went to the front desk to get towels, I was given four blue strip towel (I'm quite sure were the pool towels, smh) I had to ask for wash cloths after he gave them to me they were dirty and I showed him and requested more, he gave me two white wash cloths. At check out the rude woman would not give me my receipt. She requested the key as I state I was not giving it to her and she said she was not going to check me out. I continued to ask and request for my receipt from her. She finally gave me one of two pages of the receipt. I requested the second page and she would not give it to me. I requested it several times she states there is nothing on the second page which there was. She finally gave me the second page after requesting it several more times. I rate this place a -10 based on not clean, and definitely the rudeness of the woman. It need so renovation, rehab, and some customer service training for the employees

Es el peor hotel que me he quedado en mi vida, nada funcionaba, ni el elevador tuve que subir mi maleta pesada tres pisos, ni el secador ni la plancha, el televisor era de 1950, la habitaciĆ³n extremadanente sucia todo absolutamente todo estaba lleno de polvo las cortinas manchadas, lamentablemente me quedĆ© tres dĆ­as y nunca nadie fue a la habitaciĆ³n ni a sacar la basura, mi familia y yo nos daba asco tocar la alfombra, toda la habitaciĆ³n tenĆ­a un borde de polvo gris como si no limpiaron desde hace aƱos, era horrible llegar ahĆ­ despuĆ©s del turismo, para el desayuno solo habĆ­a wafles, salchicha y jugo y un cereal, de verdad que fue una pĆ©sima experiencia, si vas con niƱos pequeƱos como fue mi caso, evita a toda costa quedarte ahĆ­, deberĆ­an cerrarlo.

There were ashes under our sheets, uses soap, hair in the bathroom. Someone before us pooped and no one cleaned the toilet. A literal booger on the bathroom wall. The door would open if you didnt put the latch on there, bed bugs in my kids room, holes in the wall, literally looks like patched up bullet holes, hole in wall with the door stopper pushed in. It says no smoking but the place is filled with smoke and mildew smell. Pool was horrible and dirty. Elevator was broken. Hang out spot in the parking lot with drinking involved

While this claims to be a Wyndham property the branding is not there. Carpets need replaced, found receipts over a month old in the drawers, the smoke detector had been pulled off the ceiling and put in the drawer under the very dated television that had more channels of static than actual viewing. The whole place was dimly lit and smelled of marijuana. The elevator was broken and despite mentioning I would have my kids visiting they put me on the third floor to save room for disabled people on the lower floors according to the staff when I checked in. The bathroom shower curtain was pilling and not sure the last time it was washed. The soaps were on a Wyndham tray stating they should be Matrix but were Dove. On the third floor the window opened completely and had a wasp nest in it without so much as a screen on the window. Definitely not on par with Wyndham properties at all. The front desk stated masks were required for check in on signage but nobody was wearing one behind the broken and cracked plexiglass. While the staff was friendly it is obvious nobody on site is aware of what the brand truly means. The pictures on the site do not match actual conditions. They are clearly staged photos to appear on brand, but in reality add another 30 years of dirt, grime, wear, and tear and then you will know what it really looks like.

The room was clean and spacious. The hallways and stairwell were startling in their dirtiness. Several things were broken or off within our room, (such as hot/cold being reversed; toilet bowl was cracked and a small chunk was missing{was not leaking, though}; and only 2 wash cloths with 2 small(er) towels. No floor rug or hand towels). AT breakfast, the desk attendant shared that they had run out of food (1 hr and 15 mins before brfk closed) and the next morning, they were out of plates. The desk attendant did find plates before I left. While I have stayed at worse hotels, I didn't appreciate the rating of 4.8 when I looked online. I would have rated it as a 2.5 instead. I would not stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was so dirty. Broken lamp in the room. Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling by a wire an inch of dust on the air conditioner so that no cold air could come out. The room was like 80Ā°. . The bathtub I would not even put my dirty self in. Had like a complete layer of gray black grime. Clearly they have no idea what bleach is. A little comet would have gone a long way.

All the customer service were rude. They were no blankets on the bed call for blankets said they were out. Smoke detector was not connected toilet, ran over call for assistant front desk young man says someone can come and get plunger he could not bring it up, called him back told him I was not able to come down. He finally came up and it was two of them. This stay at this hotel was terrible is stinking no phones in the room to call the front Desk this was awful let out couch was nasty sheets was dirty just nasty.
