It was great place to stay. View of golf course. Saw elk and wild horses out the window. Received extra help with refrigerator to keep insulin.

We got placed in a room where after getting into bed, the sheet shifted up and exposed a dry blood soaked mattress, not specs, a whole someone bleed on this thing for a while kinda soak. After reporting it, the front staff responded with “well, no one has died here”. We were moved to another room, with worse view and sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Bathroom water did not even get hot. The room was expensive for what we experienced, will not return and DO NOT recommend.

Well, the property is an older property so you have to take that into consideration. It must’ve been as this world when it first opened. It has beautiful ambience. The breakfast is huge. They have different specialties every day. Or you can ask for your own style of eggs, our maids were very good.. Although they didn’t scrub the bathtub floor. Produce there are stains on the walls and stains in the corners, but it is an older facility. They need to completely replace the carpet, especially in the bedrooms. We stayed there for a week and it was always quiet. The golf course is pretty and there were a lot of people on it. All all pleasant experience. I just wish it were cleaner.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. This hotel needs a makeover but the accommodations were comfortable and my husband enjoyed the golf. Seemed the hotel tried to make the best of it. There’s a laundry room, bar area with leather chairs, fantastic free breakfast with an omelet station, and a stool in case you have a hard time climbing up into the very comfortable beds. We stayed in a double queen room with fridge, microwave and sink. The suites had a separate room with a fireplace. We would like to stay in a suite next time. Took our 12 lb dog and he was made to feel right at home with a little bag of treats when he checked in. The golf coarse is on property and there is a 3 mile walking trail around the coarse and hotel. Good location in town and no fire or flood damage from the recent events. We will go back again.
