The receptionist who checked us in was surly at best - it was only 9:30 pm so no excuse there. The TV didn't work - I'm sure the management wanted us to spend time in the casino and lose more money but after spending hours during the day driving, we were looking forward to relaxing in our room and watching TV but because it didn't work we were unable to do that. The know in the shower fell off when my husband went to take a shower. Stains on the chairs were worrisome and what appeared to be a condom wrapper was on the floor. I will not be staying here again

The staff was courteous and quick to respond to requests. I would have rated 5 stars on everything however it is an older venue that could use a little spruce up like new outdoor carpet on the walkways outside of our door. With that being said, the Virgin River Hotel and Casino is a great value for the cost.

Never, never stay there
The room was very old, no frig to cool water, ice maker was a building and 2 parking lots away. Room was dirty, need to close the bathroom door when cleaning, dirt buildup behind the door, noisy a/c. Just all around horrible old and dirty. Will never stay there and will tell everyone I know of the horrible condition of the room.
