Kyrie Webb the manager did not keep his word
The “pet” rooms are horrible. Overlooks the roof with air conditioning units and you can hear them. You can not see the river even though it’s a river room. We pay an extra $50 fee, put up a CC for any pet damage. We was told by Kyrie Webb the Manager that we would not be put in that room last time we stayed, to be put in the same room. The waitress at Bridges was excellent

There is only 2 restaurants . Only one open during our visit. Second one only open Thursday thru Sunday. Most casinos have great dining options. There was nothing open in the morning, not even a cafe for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Had to find and drive to one. Room was very nice.

The beds were crap. One bed was so old you sank all the way in it on one side. The other bed sank too but not as much and every move you made, it made one too. Creaked like it was starring in a haunted house movie. And we are not big people either. The food was just okay and totally overpriced. People weren’t too Friendly either.

The hotel was nice and didn't smell like cigarette smoke either. The room was comfortable but the shower handles were a mess and falling apart. I reported it to the front desk

We had room overlooking the ohio river and it was pretty because we could also see the bridge. The hotel smelled nice, had ample parking, and was within walking distance to downtown. Friendly staff as well.

The black sheep.
The hotel was exactly what i was expecting from Harra's. This was not my first experience with them. They are always my first choice. Only This time, the lady doing the checking was awful, in a bad mood and not helpful at all. Next time I'll try my chances at one of the other hotels, there are plenty of other choices that might treat you better.
