My wife and I have stayed at Hotel Punto Mx on two different occasions. We equally enjoy the location, service, cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. The rooftop patio offers some great views and I would recommend staying in the rooms with the large bathtub. Again, another beautiful experience in the heart of Zocalo and Mexico city.

The staff were friendly. The hotel is nice and rooms are cute and unique. The breakfast was excellent. The only issue is the rooms are not sound proof. We could clearly hear the people next door having normal conversations.

Please does not consider staying here . We had the worst experience first of all they are very unprofessional and dishonest,This place has also all kinds of noises going on ,, We stay there for 2 nights, check out is at 1 PM. We went over for a few minutes and they charge us $500Mx which is totally understandable, Our last day I requested to have a late check out and they said NO They kept calling us over the phone, so we immediately rushed out leaving my wedding band in the room. A few minutes later we brought to their attention that I had left my ring in the room and it was nowhere to be found they had stolen my ring never again we’ll be staying at this property !

Great location. Fine hotel. Food not good.
The location is spectacular. The hotel is fine. The restaurant has gone downhill with the same tired menu we've seen over the past 3 years. The breakfast is average. The front desk can be a bit confused but it is a well run hotel with friendly service.

Nice hotel in El Centro, close to Zocalo, restaurants, etc. Good value for the money. We had an interior room with no windows but on the plus side it was dark and we were able to sleep in easily. Good breakfast buffet. Nice staff and they will arrange reasonably priced transport if needed. Walkable at night - but use caution as with everywhere in CDMX. Would stay here again.

The staff are very friendly and the location is nice for walking around the centro historico. There is no parking at the hotel, but there is private parking steps away. The main downside is that there are not a lot of great restaurants in the area.

Hotel is beautiful, clean and located close to many historic, dining and shopping places. It is walking distance to the Zocalo, Palacio de Bellas Artes and the Metropolitan Cathedral. There are different types of transportation close to the hotel, like the subway, city bus or taxi to get around if you prefer. All the staff members were friendly, nice and helpful, some staff members are bilingual. Any questions that I had were answered. The reception area/lobby was staffed 24/7. The door men were available anytime which made it even safer to go out at night knowing you could come back late and the doors would be open. Our room was cleaned and stocked daily. It felt good to come back and rest knowing the room would be ready. My husband and I will definitely go back and stay there. We have already told family and friends about our stay and how beautiful, spacious and clean the hotel is. Thank you to all staff, you were all awesome!!
