Noisy people above us till very late. No way to inform front desk except having to go downstairs. Was not given an accessible room as was supposed to have been per our reservation. No Wi-Fi access and no code given at check-in. Fridge was cool but not cold even at max setting.

My husband and I needed a place to stay while driving from Chicago, IL to Fort Worth, TX, and I am happy with my choice. Overall room was good, although the pillows were a little flat. Bathroom was clean, and brrakfast was great. What stood out was the staff that checked us in super late at night when we got in around midnight. Super friendly, and easy check in.

Don’t recommend it .
The room had some things overlooked by maid service that was inexcusable. No washcloths , the drain in the bathroom sink was filled with someone’s hair , and when I pulled out the chair by the desk I found a dirty used throw away shaving razor in the chair . Besides that the service was great and the place seemed clean . Breakfast area was clean and food was average compared to others for free.

The Hampton Inn stay was the best part of our trip to Miami because the concert at the casino was pretty bad. :) The room had all of the amenities that we needed. The bed was comfortable, the TV had plenty of channels, and the refrigerator and microwave were handy. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning, and my husband had plenty of vegetarian options.
