We need a place to stay. Cigarette butts everywhere out side. The walls were thin you could here the people next door just talking. the breakfast was cold and you could not eat it.

Upon checking in, the young person at the front desk insisted that there were no bugs in the hotel. Before we rested in the room, we inspected the beds. Upon inspection we decided to check out right away. Upon check out, the front desk argued with us and two older staff members came out and told us we could have a full refund. We left the premises and found a different hotel

The indoor pool and the fulll breakfast are why we booked here. The full and hot tub were murky and not appealing. The breakfast, the gravy was watered down, half the juice dispensers never worked, the waffle machine wasn’t plugged in the first day until I asked about it. It never warmed up enough to actually cook a waffle all the way through during the three days we were there. Sausage was floating in grease. We had a light over the bed burnt out asked for that to be changed it never was repaired. We booked a handicap room. It had a tall bathtub to negotiate to use the shower. The bed was so tall I had to climb up to get into it and I am 5’8. Was a huge disappointment. Do not recommend.

Stayed here for one night during a family road trip. There are no elevators. My niece looked at the pool and immediately decided against taking a swim because there was mold growing in it. Upon entering the room, we were hit by a very chemical-like smell, akin to what you would find walking into a hair salon. One of the comforters had what looked like cookie or bread crumbs and spare change all over it. The bathroom walls were visibly filthy. There was no hot water, only lukewarm. The following morning for breakfast, the food was practically inedible. The sausage was the one thing that tasted decent. Waffle batter was watery and produced hollow waffles. Gravy was the consistency of chicken broth. Needless to say, we did not finish breakfast and ended up at McDonald's instead. The cleanliness of the breakfast presentation was, for lack of a better word, questionable. I understand that Microtel is a budget choice for hotel stays, but the lack of cleanliness is really inexcusable. We will not be choosing this chain for any stays again.

Nothing unique. We had to change sheets and pillow cases ourselves after getting from front desk. Dirt around edge of floor and chips around bottom of bed. Bad smell in bathroom. We cleaned the aerrator in the sink but couldn’t get it completely clean. We did not shower because of the smell there, at your facility. Front desk offered me to sleep in the other dble bed. My travel companion was sleeping there. So he gave us sheets and pillow cases to change ourselves.
