Ideally situated for Miami Beach. Can walk there within 5-10 minutes. Beware restaurant was closed while we were there which meant having to leave the property for breakfast - thankfully a lovely little Italian cafe a 1 min walk from the hotel. Also only espresso available in the room. This is advertised but I had overlooked. We liked the styling of the hotel, like an industrial theme and the rooftop pool was cool, never done that before - offered nice views of the surrounding area. Only there one night so not fair to comment on room service etc. felt like the room could’ve been cleaner for arrival but I wouldn’t go so far to say it was dirty - just a couple of overlooked bits that you don’t expect at this price point. You’re obviously paying for the location. Valet parking was very expensive and is on top of the resort fee ($50 per night) but felt essential if you want to park nearby you have limited other options. I would stay here again if I was in the area, these are just minor points we did enjoy our stay here.

The first thing Urbanica 5th got right is their front desk staff. They were terrific and very professional, especially Luna. The location is excellent; it is just a short walk to the beach and anywhere to eat. My two complaints are the pool needs regular maintenance. The pH needs to be checked at least twice a day due to how frequently the pool is being used. It would be best not to wait until the water is cloudy and Algae begins to grow. Secondly is the housekeeping staff. I know they work very hard but, the rooms/bathrooms need to be cleaned better. If you take your shoes off, wear white socks, and cross the room a few times, your socks should not be black if you just checked into your room. I asked the hotel to clean my room again, and they did. They need to have actual mini refrigerators in the room and not coolants. Esthetically, everything is beautiful, but the small details need to be attended to as well. The small corners and high places also need cleaning. There needs to be a supervisor checking their work. I will come back again.

I had a wonderful time staying at Urbanica Fifth. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I like the location because it’s walkable to Collins and Ocean Drive yet still in a quiet area for when I’m ready to get some sleep. CVS and banks are down the block. I stayed in a junior room suite and it was nice, clean and just right for me. Nice size room. The rooftop pool was another plus. I only thing I would have liked to do was try the restaurant on the lobby floor but unfortunately it wasn’t open for my stay. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

I am used to staying at 5-star hotels in Miami but this was a family trip and my siblings all wanted to be together. I was kind of shocked at the cleanliness for the price we paid. The staff was really nice and kind. The only things I wished we had more of was towels in the room although maybe I take too many showers before they had a chance to clean.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Miami. Rather it is business or leisure. The hotel is very Modern and rooms are a nice size. I always get a room with a balcony. I will always return to this property whenever I come back to Miami. Customer service is Excellent and they always make me feel welcome.

I always stay at this hotel, it’s convenient, customer service is excellent, they always make me feel welcome, Parking rate depends on what size car u have, they have their own parking garage. I had one little hiccup and that was my TV screen went out but they couldn’t get maintenance out until after my stay was over. But it was ok. I will always come back to Urbanica.

It’s a no for me
My stay wasn’t great. The rooms are not soundproofed at all. Our neighbors had music on until 2am and we could hear them talking through the walls all night. I will not be back to this hotel, seems like a party hotel not a relaxing one. Was not a comfortable stay. The room itself was meh. The balcony was bare with no furniture so there was no reason use it. The view was also terrible.
