It’s a no for me
My stay wasn’t great. The rooms are not soundproofed at all. Our neighbors had music on until 2am and we could hear them talking through the walls all night. I will not be back to this hotel, seems like a party hotel not a relaxing one. Was not a comfortable stay. The room itself was meh. The balcony was bare with no furniture so there was no reason use it. The view was also terrible.

Was looking for a new hotel after the holiday weekend came to an end. Flight got pushed back two days and I needed a clean/minimal, central place to work throughout the day and put my head down at night. It’s only a few blocks behind Collins and ocean drive which was perfect for me and still able to explore those areas at will (if I had the time). They’ll also give you free bike rentals if needed. Thought this place did the job if you’re looking for a solid spot to lodge. Obviously if you’re looking for a place with top amenities, this isn’t it but it was exactly what I needed having to work remote for a few days unexpectedly.

The property is horribly indicated. I was EXTREMELY unsure where the entrance was let alone if i was at the correct place. I also asked if they accept packages for their guests, which they said yes. This was and EXTREMELY important package for me. They denied the package. Hotel and room itself was nice. If you're looking for a great place to stay, I might suggest booking somewhere else if you want to have no problems with accommodations, as the hotel staff gave inconsistent answers and weren't much help.

Very cute little hotel with a bar/restaurant. It’s a small check in space but very cute. Boardwalk like floor! Room was great tiny but just enough. Very clean and sleek. Just perfect. Walgreens on the corner or last minute items. Restaurants shopping and the beach is an easy 10-15 minute walk.

Friendly hotel with quirky rooms. We stayed 1 night on the quiet side of hotel but had no light in room so changed to another room facing Fifth Ave…. BIG mistake as the sound proofing is non existent and we were kept awake all night by speeding vehicles & screeching tyres.

Such a cute hotel! It was a perfect spot close to everything without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle! Staff were very lovely! The patio room we received was not much of a patio, but it didn’t bother us because we were there to wonder and explore.
