The hotel checked in my room under someone else’s with the similar name that had 2 room. They had me in my knee brace were it was hard for me to walk go back and fourth to the 22 floor just to go back down go back up come back down. After 1 hour of nonsense they give me a room and say oo it was under a different reservation with your card? Now how stupid do you think that I am that some random person used my card to book me a room under my name ??? Stop it. The lady at the desk the young dark skin lady with glasses with long braids was very rude didn’t want to help and. Of course the manger on duty heard about it and just tolerated it. The taller Hispanic gentleman spent more time look at women butts then checking me in and I had to constantly repeat myself This is was personal trip with family. However I’ll be back to work Monday..My team will be removing Hyatt from our procurement group at the end fold quarter as an authorized partner. We only do about 1.2-1.3 million in hotel stay with Hyatt as a organization . I’m sure they can make it up. And I don’t care if they don’t care. I’ll be sharing my experience with my other business partners as well
