Upon check-in I asked for a Bellman, no one ever showed up so I had to unpack the car myself. Then when getting into room I went straight to the deck only to have the screen door fall off completely in my hands. There was no room service menu or tv guide channel in the room. There really was no late night snack option available from room service anyway (was told it’s been that way since Covid?) Vending machine would not take my money. Faucet in the bathroom leaked water as soon as you turned on the water. But the icing on the cake was when I got locked in the bathroom bc the door handle came off in my hand. I was traveling alone and had no one to help so I had to pry a comb in between the door and the trim and pull with all my might to get it open. I barely got an apology when I notified the front desk. I have stayed at much cheaper hotels in Ocean City for a much more reasonable price

Best Suite in Ocean City MD!
Wonderful clean suite with spa tub in the bedroom, 42" TV! Balcony view of the ocean! Full kitchen - refrigerator, microwave, stove, pots, plates, bowls, glasses, and silverware. Bathroom with two sinks and shower with three shower heads! Sofa, dining table, desk, and 47" TV in spacious sitting area! Over the top! Best suite ever! I wish there was a drinking water supply to refill reusable water bottles to reduce disposable plastic water bottles. Perhaps, sell reusable water bottles. Maybe you have them in the gift shop, I did not go in. Regular parking spaces are quite narrow. I wish there were more handicap parking spaces. Private beach behind the hotel! Awesome!

This is our 2nd stay. Was not able to get the room we wanted, but overall the stay was very pleasant. Beautiful view of the beach. Loved the Starbucks in the lobby.

This is the 1st time we stayed in an ocean front room, It was wonderful! Having coffee on the balcony watching the sun come up every morning was a joy. Everyone was so very kind. We will be back :o) Thank you!

Everything was really nice except the door key pad stopped working until the battery was replaced and the elevator was not working the kast day we stayed which gives this hotel 4 of 5

We have visited property quite a few times, but this last time was not as enjoyable as others. When we checked in about 2hrs prior, we incurred an unexpected early fee. Room needs upgrades. During stay we requested bathrobes upon check in. After waiting a few hours, we contacted the front desk but was informed that Hilton no longer provides them. I was able to put in a request after going to the front desk. When I arrived at the front desk, two employees were discussing Hilton does provide bathrobes but neither contacted the guest requesting bathrobes to honor the request. Poor customer service.
