Our first room had a dirty toilet, beer cans in the garbage can, soap dispenser in the bathtub had leaked all over the tub(dried residue), dead lady bugs all around the edge of the carpet and the alarm clock was off by an hour. So obviously, this room had not been used for a while. I went back to the front desk and the lady said she would put us in another room. Only had excuses for the other rooms condition, no I am sorry. Second room, the tv didn’t work at all, so the maintenance man replaced it. Next morning the manager Frankie checked us out and I told him of all the problems and I asked if they could take off $50 for our troubles. He said he would, but couldn’t do it until that evening. So I kept checking my credit card statement on line and no $50 refund. In fact, they had double charged us for that one night stay. So I called and they took off the double charge no problem, but still no refund of the $50 promised to me. After a good month of calling and talking to Frankie, I gave up on ever getting a $50 refund. We will NEVER stay at this place again!! Horrible customer service and flat out liars!
