The Room stinks room service ended at 11. In a casino room service should be 24hrs. This hotel has gone down hill. We stayed 4 nights they never emptied the trash room service plates were in the hall for more than 24 hours. Had to request additional TP. What did I pay for. No service

The soda vending machine didn’t work on the 10th or the 8th floor. Was not aware that I was going to be charged $50/deposit per room that I booked.

I have never checked in to a room to find there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Then to try to call the front desk or housekeeping and the phone has no dial tone. So we pick it up and there’s no phone cord.

Beautiful hotel, will stay again but won’t spend the money playing there slots. 3k in 3 hours hitting only 2 bonuses was ridiculous. Definitely not regulated by the state of Minnesota but regulated by the Indians because it is on Indian reservation. I hope more people wake up and realize MYSTIC LAKE IS THE WORST FOR SLOTS. Way way way to tight I’m only 24 and have been to plenty of casinos in my short lifetime and this was definitely the worst I’ve played at.
