Mong Kok accommodation with parking

The staff at this hotel was wonderful! Sammy, Andy and another gentleman that I did not catch the name of saved my day! They helped me with a lost phone situation and I actually was able to retrieve the phone! I want to thank them and all the staff there at Royal plaza! Thank you so much! I will be forever recommending you guys!!

Excellent service and walkable, hotel is clean and comfortable. Commute is excellent regardless where you going. Close to temple street and lady street and shopping mall is connected

The check in staff very friendly katie she try to find same room block for us as I have two room and even upgrade me to a bigger room. The room have been renovated recently and clean. Only one negative thing there only one water refill station at lobby and take very long to refill a bottle. Should consider every floor one water refill station.
