We were there for a wedding and had several rooms booked. One of our rooms was so disgusting we requested a new room. The lady at the front desk was always pleasant but the man was just a rude. None of us will ever stay there or at there sister hotel by city market as family and friends said the same thing about that place.

Not Recommended.
Housekeeping is not good no regular schedule cleaning was performed without my asking for the cleaning, no toilet cleaning by head housekeeper everyone knows the head housekeeper should be the one checking the other housekeepers work for performance. head housekeeper does not do all the laundry head housekeeper told us to get out at 11:12am even though we extended our stay days in advance, she then lied to mangement about knocking on our door every day no real head housekeeper would behave like this. The front desk guy living here is rude not helpful, coffee is watered down on purpose, breakfast cereal is stale, one of the multiple owners let himself into my room one night after i was in bed even with 2 do not disturb signs on my door, no pool, no laundry service for guests, no phone in my room until i asked for one, they over charged me twice, & the only good worker here is getting her hours cut a front desk manager Marlee they took her keys making her work nights even though Marlee has been a model employee for years. Thank you Marlee for making my stay barely doable.

Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Some in room accommodations need an upgrade. One lamp didn’t work, and the float in the toilet stuck but they made a note of it to fix them when I told them at check out.

The pictures are not from the hotel. The carpet and sofa are very durty. The door was struck. It had a weird smell. They should put the correct pictures of the place and the rooms. Those are from a different hotel.

There were so many things wrong with our room. After a while all we could do was laugh. The light had a short in it so it wouldn’t turn on unless you jiggled the cord. There were red ants on the floor and a spider in the bed. We only had one Kleenex and when I went to the front desk I was informed that they ran out. The ironing board wouldn’t stay up and the iron itself was so hot, it scorched the board- despite me turning it in low. There was a thick layer of dust on the lamps and the faucet not only was about to fall off but the hot and cold were backwards. It was one thing after another with this room. Next time, I have to go to Delta, I’ll stay somewhere else and pay extra rather than go back here.

Total nightmare!
we walked into room 105 and the first thing we noticed was a bright red blood stain next to the bed. the second thing was a termite on the table.I walked into the bath room and the bathtub was full of termites.over the tub was a termites nest pouring out of the ceiling.We could not stay so we asked for a refund and was told no.It was a total nightmare!

Stairwell nearest my room was blocked off. Right on Main St so very noisy. My towel had a hole in it. Pillows were old and not comfortable. Very run-down property needing a complete renovation inside and out. When I went to check out at 6:50 am, the office was closed. I had to call later to inform I had checked out. I won’t be staying here again.
