The rooms were recently renewed, which is a plus. The motel is right next to the road and pretty close to I90. All the ladies at the front desk were very nice.

The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating and I really appreciated her help. The room itself was just so dirty... the microwave had food in it from previous uses, the bathroom door had some kind of splatter all over it (like a soda had exploded...?). The bed, while freshly made, had hairs on it, the exterior base of the shower had dust collecting, and the inside of the shower looked like it had not been cleaned. All this on top of what smelled like cigarette smoke wafting in from somewhere. We have stayed here many times to go to the Gorge and we certainly have never expected perfection (far from it) but this stay was the absolute worst in terms of cleanliness.

Traffic noise. Could hear the pipes water flow every time a neighbor opened a water faucet. Shower was dingy. No in room coffee, although very nice it was available in the hotel lobby. People talking outside of room. Office staff very cordial. No ā€œdo not disturbā€ sign available to hang on the outside of door so house keeper knocked on door unnecessarily.

The checkin process was very easy and fast. The person at the counter was very friendly and nice. However, the rooms themselves were lacking. The toilet had certain previous use that couldā€™ve been cleaned with a simple wipe down. The shower was particularly in a state that we decided to not use it. One of us woke up from a spider or something crawling on our face. I would not stay here again even for a few hours of sleep before heading home after a concert.
