Hotel doesnt have an elevator. So you have to go up stairs with all your luggage etc. Carpets are grossly dirty. Room wasn't ready even when we checked in at 10:30 pm.

The staff was awesome and very friendly. The hotel is really good but I canā€™t say great. Showed some age. We would stay here again as the service made up for it and it was a really good stay for us.

Perfect place to stay in Grand Haven
Excellent all-around choice in grand Haven, Michigan for the price. Pet friendly was a huge bonus. Pool and hot tub area was a perfect way to relax at the end of a busy day in town. I would highly recommend.

Gave an average review because like a lot of hotels, updates are needed. Overall, we wanted a reasonably priced hotel, and we got that. Breakfast was included, which had plenty to choose from and everything was clean and organized. We brought along our little dog, and thankful we were allowed to do that, but $30 per night was kind of high. Location was good, even though it was on a Main Street, noise was not a problem. Many thanks to those who work in the service industry, not easy to make a living these days.

Convenient location to downtown area. Hotel showing its age, needs some updating. Very comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast, the girl working the breakfast room was fantastic. She kept all well stocked and was so pleasant.

Clean, well run, and friendly staff. Bed was quite comfortable and shower had great water pressure, love that when you get a great shower. Enjoyed the stay. Didnā€™t get to try the complementary breakfast though, we went out for that.

We had a great stay! Our only complaint is that the hot tub temperature was pretty low, and would love if breakfast lasted a little longer! Otherwise was very comfortable and clean and not too far from what we wanted to do.
