Shout out for the lady who checked me in , helped me through all the stay with a charming smile always . Felt at home away from home , she even provided medicine at my last day due a cold I had . A great staff is what makes the deferent . Shout out for the duty manager , such a professional guy and gentleman. Most likely I’ll stay there again if I wanted to stay around Elia beach . From the moment we where contacted by the hotel to organise our collection to the airport to the drop off the whole experience was a delight. Every smiling and helpful member of staff went above and Beyond for a really lovely experience. The location is 30 min from the town , so if you are happy to stay close to the beach or complex then it’s perfect . A large selection of restaurants all with great food ( especially the royal Greek!!) really a 10/10 - thanks to everyone especially Eva
