I asked the guy when I was checking in if the room was ocean view, I booked the Chelsea, he said yes. Check in was 20 because there was a small line. I drove to the suite, ended up being across the street and my view was a wall! So then I had to get back in line to change the room. The lady was really nice, but I was frustrated I had to pay $50 to downgrade from a 3bedroom to a 2bedroom. If the guy just communicated with me the first time, my check in process would have been 20min vs an hour!

Very disappointed in our room. It was not what was pictured on the website. Definitely needs to be updated. Chairs in the living room were dirty and stained. Two of the three bedrooms were very cold even with the heat on. No heating vents in the bathrooms. Pots in the kitchen were full of rust. Would not come out even after scrubbing them. Ice machine in refrigerator did not work. In the six days we were there had to call downstairs to get our trash taken four days and no one would come until I called again. Trash was left by others in the hallway several times by the elevators. There was construction going on and you could hear drilling and banging. We were not told about this prior to our vacation.

I stayed here on Thanksgiving night, and my brother flew in. This is the hotel he was staying at so I changed my hotel to this place and I really regret it. While the rooms we got were suites and they were massive, they can sleep a lot of people, my room smelled like human urine. There was a drunk person that climbed over the fencing around the pool area around 6:30 in the morning, and he was crashing into tables and chairs, everybody was cooking, and the odd smells kept me up all night. Outdoor pools were closed, but the indoor pool was littered with children. So me and my brother did not get a chance to go in and enjoy the hot tubs. We were told by one person we spoke with when we were checking out the hot tub that was cold and not even bother coming in. We went to a buffet dinner that night and when we got back, the only thing we liked about was that it was right on the beach

My first room was good but service no garbage was taken out no towels. No housing keeping was done.Then Friday put me in different room smell like cigarettes. Toilet didn't work. I wasn't happy for what i was charged. I should get a refund. My daughter got sick from smell.alerges from smoke smell.
