When we arrived in our room to go to bed we discovered that the beds were very dirty. The bed I was using had what looked like mascara on the sheets and the top cover, my friends sheets had what looked like lotion on it ( the next day when they came to change the bed sheets they said it was wearing of the material and acted like we were being prima Donna) I have pictures of both beds before they changed them. Also we were placed across from the laundry room and people do laundry All Night long, at one point someone had change in the dryer and the clanking woke me up at 1 in the morning, I had to go open the dryer after about 20 minutes

Property dirty. Stains in carpet. Our room had a weird smell. The door key card lock didn’t work well. Had to swipe card ten times to get it to work. Employees were friendly.

Great safe clean great area
The hotel is very clean very safe. Make sure you bring soap and shampoo the ones in the the room are too tiny to use The breakfast was cupcakes,begals, waffles and boiled eggs and cereals ..no meats. But breafast restaurants are 10min drive. The Broadway is across street. Shopping center super close.

Run down and not the greatest crowd. Biggest issue was the dotard at the front desk that told me the exact wrong way to get to the stadium. I could have walked.

There was no room service you had to take your towel downstairs the Door did not work well had to go to the lobby about my key it was not the key it was the door the elevator broke down had to wait 20 min until they got it working . The tub was not clean. Could not find a luggage carry to take up or out my luggage

The hotel was nice which I’ve stayed in a few of them, but the beds sunk in the middle and It said breakfast provided, but it was the same breakfast the whole week waffles, bagels, cereal, or yogurt

I love the location
I was in room 226. There was an extremely loud humming sound basically all day( while I was in the room). At night I couldn't get much rest because the sound was so loud it would come on for several seconds and go off and then sound again. It was actually the noisiest hotel I ever stayed in, however comfortable and I'd stay again, just no where near that room.

Staff was friendly, hotel was close to restaurants and entertainment. Rooms were not very clean and TV was working but had a weird line across the screen while on. AC smelled very musty and made an awful screeching sound while on. For the price it’s what I expected.
