Location was key here in our experience. Being so close to the ocean was amazing. The view was amazing! The surroundings were also amazing! Our only issue was we felt the price to stay an extra night was ridiculously high! No place in our opinion is worth over $354 a night! And our only other complaints were we were visiting family and our grandkids weren’t allowed to swim in the pool because they weren’t on the guest list, and 3 of the staff members were very rude. One older gentleman working the desk was the only one who was welcome and friendly. Although we LOVE the hotel, we will most like stay somewhere else next time.

Golf in property name? Not even a put put.
Exterior updated, lobby ok, location and pools at the beach. Rooms are minimal with small TVs, no suitcase stand, tired bathroom. Fridge and coffee maker in room were fine. No coffee in lobby, nor breakfast available. Several blocks walk to a few choices for breakfast.

We had an issue with the toilet leaking at 11pm. Staff immediately came to inspect. Moved us to another room quickly. Would definitely recommend this place. We will be back.

This hotel is overrated. False advertising- no nightclub, no breakfast, no coffee, very uncomfortable, hard beds and pillows. Dirty from ceiling to floor. AC did not work well. Staff was friendly when checking in but not helpful at all after. I booked an ocean front view with a king size bed and got 2 doubles. Dark and gloomy room. My ocean view was blocked by other balconies so I didn’t get the full view. No information was provided about hotel or surroundings. Very outdated! Bathroom had no ventilation and stayed hot all the time. I do not recommend this place to anyone! I will never stay here again!

Nice Beach Hotel
The room was clean and convenient to the beach. Having a fridge and microwave, toaster and utensils was a plus. Wish there had been a full length mirror. Otherwise, we were pleased with the accommodations.

I was disappointed. The AC unit was so loud we didn't get much sleep. The coffee left in the room was so old, that the wording on the outside of the plastic wrapping was coming off. Also, it tasted terrible and I had to buy coffee from up the street. I noticed I wasn't the only one. Upgrade to Keriug asap! Our TV remote or phone didn't work and the guy who came up seemed bothered and acted like we were stupid and just couldn't work the remote. And, the "new channel listing" required dashes... there wasn't even a dash option on the new remote! I have never stayed at a hotel... much less a resort... that doesn't offer pool towels. We stayed at a hotel in SurfSide a couple of months ago and they had good shampoo, conditioner, and 2 bars of soap... one for the shower, one for the sink. You didn't have any of these. Overall, I would not stay here again. It is not a resort... it was more like a motel 6! On a positive note... As always, the lady at the front, sweet smile, and long curly hair... was awesome!! She is always so nice! The one bright spot on Friday when we got there!!! I am not sure what my "resort fees" paid for, but I don't think I got my money's worth!

Ok, look. It's a 3 star hotel. I should manage expectations. I've stayed at this place for years now over the 3rd week in July. It's adequate. The hot water if from a tank on the roof, that if your room happens to be on the other side of the hotel, can take 10 minutes to get to you. The fitness room is...a joke. No towels for the pool. They turn the fridges down to a lower level and so when I put food in, 2 days later, mold. I had to throw away about $40 of food. sarcasm=thanks for the fridge! :( Yes at beach but ALWAYS sand on the floors. The bar (Spanish Galleon) smells like urine. Can you please clean the carpets? After SIX years?
