Overall it was a good experience
I like that I had the bottom floor that stepped out on the patio and then lead straight to the beach. Although the room was clean, I did see a few roaches in my room. I was only there 2 nights so I just dealt with it. I did tell the desk as I checked out, that they needed to spray.

We were given a room on the 6th floor of the beachfront property. Our room was by the elevator, which put off a weird smell and was noisy all night. We had a great balcony, but the door wouldn’t open without 3 people tugging on it and it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. The bathroom was nasty and the bed was too.

The property was definitely not anything like the pictures online. We also had several pimps and prostitution going in near the motel. This is also a motel not a hotel. Much nicer a couple blocks either way. Would not recommend this place

I didn't like anything about this property the price would have been alright until they start charging you ridiculous fees on things like $60 for checking in 1 hour early after driving for hours then $60 a night for a pet that you can't even leave in a cage in the room while you go get something to eat $10 for an extra parking space then a $50 per night upfront fee for just checking in on top of the hotel fee itself which was $285 non-refundable because it was the day of arrival that I lost I was charged an additional $321 in the above ridiculous charges that I was told I would be refunded but have not as of yet so PLEASE before booking at this hotel check all fees my husband and I will definitely not be staying here EVER...

My daughter and I went for a weekend trip I had this place booked for the weekend however we came down early on Friday and stayed somewhere that was terrible so when we saw our room here it was a breath of fresh air! It was very clean and convenient. Although I was under the expression by the pictures on hotel.com that our room was on the beach it was not but was still fine it was just a short walk across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t really use the pool so I can’t comment on that part but I also was satisfied that our room had a small little kitchen area in it. Overall good experience here!

The website does not portray what the hotel and its rooms actually look like. When I first got to the hotel I was given a room on the ground floor that smelled like smoke and the bathroom was locked for some weird reason. I was then given a new room on the third floor which was better, but still not quite what was expected. The outdoor pool is in the middle of the parking lot which I didn’t realize prior to coming. There’s an indoor pool and hot tub available across the street, upon walking into this area it was completely dirty and the smell was INSANE. I was looking forward to going into the hot tub but not after seeing the condition and the smells coming out of the place. The worst part of my stay was me being checked out of my room without any knowledge or communication given. I had a day out visiting a friend and doing several activities and came back at night to get some rest to see that there was a light on in the room, which of course is weird since I was not in it. I got to the front desk to ask about it and I was told they checked me out without reaching out to me to see if I was returning which doesn’t make any sense since I already paid for a certain number of nights. I was told I would be refunded but I have yet to receive any compensation from this mess. Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else, there are much better areas in Myrtle Beach.
