Room had a musty smell, outdated and the breakfast wasn't up to standard. Computer available for guests right by elevator. Ice Machine broken on our floor and area with ice machine very dirty.

Dog was howling in next room, toilet was continually running after flushing, there was dirt with hair and dirt particles (I have a picture) on the mattress box springs and roaches( I killed 2) crawling up the wall in the bathroom. We were going to ask to be moved but once we saw the roaches, we needed to leave. Unfortunately the property manager has refused to give a us a refund which I find is unacceptable! I can not believe roaches and a dirty bed area is not enough! This was an unfortunate situation as once we checked out it was 10:47pm and we had just driven 6 hrs!

The place was old. The property looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. There was no water pressure in the bathroom and the toilet didn't flush correctly.

This hotel has really gone down hill in the last year. I’ve been going twice a year, for the past 8 years. When they redid the hotel, it was great! It’s dirty and run down now. Waffle machine broken, breakfast was not like it used to be. Disappointed. Will most likely look for another place to stay twice a year now. It’s too bad since it’s so close to family’s houses.

AC did not work
After driving for 7 hours, exhausted, I arrived at the room and the air conditioner did not work. It was obvious that they knew because the entire A/C unit was dismantled. They had obviously been working on it. I could have asked for a different room but again, I was exhausted!
