The front desk staff when I checked end were amazing, very helpful. The breakfast every morning was great and so were the staff. I didn't have closet space and the heating was loud (the front desk offered another room).but everything else was great. Please thank the staff for me

It was an awesome experience as the hotel is so nice and close to downtown n East Nashville. Breakfast is great!! Rooms are large and comfortable. Only recommendation is to change all TV’s to smart TV’S

Front desk was not as knowledgeable about the issues we were having with the TV nor did they offer to send someone to assist. The beds are very low so for someone older or someone with back problems this might be an issue. Security onsite so feeling safe was not an issue and secured paid parking garage with a higher clearance than usual. Secured Key Card access throughout the facility; another great security feature!

The hotel itself wasn't too bad, but the location is terrible. Unfortunately this trip was for my daughter who only wanted a skyline view and that she got, so no complaints. The area is very trashy but you do get to watch the folks building the new stadium, which was a good way to pass time between Lyft rides to various attractions. I will say that the people who work here are absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, the check in folks were patient with a frazzled old country boy who was out of his element, and the "restaurant" had delicious food.
