The room was awesome very comfortable. I had an overnight trip and would most definitely stay again. Though the service at check in was lacking there were like 5 people in the lobby and even though I was first in line I still had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up

STAY HERE!
We especially appreciated the staff & how helpful & nice they were!! Felt like we were treated very well. The continental breakfast eas a full on hot buffet & super tasty! Hot tub stayed open til mid-night! Who does that anymore? Eas a great relaxet after a long day out.

I did not like that roaches in my room you could not take a shower the bedding was dirty and the toilet was clogged up upon arrival plus they just but a plunger outside our room and we had to do it ourselves. We left the next morning we could not stay another night very bad plus we did not get a refund for one day got the runaround for weeks ,

Didn’t like anything about this property except the staff , they were very nice. This hotel/motel has roaches , transient people walking around , outdated rooms, dirty rooms , questionable neighborhood . Very scary place . Clarion hotels have really went bad. Never again will I stay in this groups hotels .

The lobby wreaked of marijuana to begin with. Oncr we arrived to the room, there was a terrible odor. The floor was dirty. The lights in the bedroom area didnt even work! There was no garbage can in the room. The door knob fornthe bathroom was falling off and there were cigarette burn marks all over the bathtub. Horrible!

There definitely was a lot of bugs. Little fruit flies or something (there were some in the room but they didn’t make it far). The room was pretty decent though, had a kitchenette and pretty nice water pressure. Definitely tucked in a weird area though. For what you pay it was pretty nice, the people at the front desk were also very nice.

Initial room that was reserved had a bug problem. The front desk was willing to refund or switch rooms. Had little choice but to switch rooms. Both rooms had drainage issues in the sink/tub. Both rooms had large dust balls coming out of AC. Light switch by the entrance door did nothing in either of them as well. Good for the price, minus the bug issue. To compensate for the inconvenience the manager in the morning just refunded the cash deposit without room check. Cash deposit was not mentioned anywhere in the room reservation either.

I appreciate many things about this property. I like that it is dog friendly. The staff has aways been helpful. With that said, this last visit was not as good as the 1st. I am a clean freak and usually clean any room i get in. This visit was like the room was never cleaned other than my sheets. There is room for improvement in cleaning. But otherwise i would stay again
