Property internally is a little dated and lacking sufficient crockery, cutlery and glassware to support a family of 5.

The apartment was spacious and reasonably quiet. The cleanliness and upkeep of the property left a little to be desired. Had to wash kitchen items before use. The sliding door on the laundry alcove was off its slide. Cold water tap at kitchen sink was loose and dificult to stop from dripping. The treck from the carpark to the unit was somewhat arduous.

Have been staying here for many years when in Townsville. Has always been good

Easy check in. Clean, parking was OK. It was surprisingly quiet for a busy part of town traffic. Close to Sunday morning markets.
