Excellent boutique hotel. Central location. Easily walkable to retail and dining. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurants on property offered a variety of cuisines. The interiors are thoughtfully curated with a nod the history of the Hume. A definite must if you enjoy historical locations.

There's really no way to say this politely; I love this hotel so please, even if you read this review, don't book a room as occasionally it gets full! Right down town in one of BCs best towns, scenery, culture and community. Patiently restored heritage hotel. All good.

Very cute boutique hotel,lots of bars and pubs around the area. Room was very nice,only downside was all the windows are frosted over so you can't see out. No parking so you have to pay for parking at parkade next door,and check out time at parkade is 7:00 in the morning so you pay for two,nights even if only staying one night. No breakfast included and room is pretty pricey. Well I thought it was nice I would not stay again as you don't get your bang for you buck.

Gorgeous!!! A feel like a scaled back Palliser Hotel but completely modernized. Can’t say enough about that. My only complaint is that I picked a room because of the multi-view… both windows were frosted because when I opened the vent windows to see one was the next building and the other to an alley parking lot. Otherwise beautiful
