The room had a sink that didnt drain. Lamp didnt work. Breakfast food hat should be hot was cold. Coffee terrible. We asked daily forclean towels. Emptied our own trash.

The Lady at the front dest at 7 p.m, think her name was Kim, not sure. She was awsome!! Helped with everthing! Made it fun, wicked fun!! This person needs to be the exsample for all front desk people shoud be!! AWSOME, SHE MADE ARE STAY!

The cleanliness of the room looked like it needed to be paid attention too more of the deeper cleaning than the every day surface level cleaning. The bed and the linens were clean and well put together. There wasn't any trash left over and the room didn't have any kind of funky smells. There were stains on the ceiling and on the frame of the mirror in the bathroom. The grout of the shower needs more attention. We were there during some construction happening so I won't judge the noise levels or too much of the places they were working on on the outside. The people we came into contact with were wonderful on the other hand. Super friendly, very helpful and as a person with social anxiety the fact that it was so easy to talk with them was great.

The original builder of this property developed health problems 5 years ago & property went first into a conglomerate, rescued a year later by nice group of Indian partners who are refurbishing the motel. Very clean & xlnt breakfast

Absolutely Filthy, ended up not staying there. The place needs to have health dept. review. I will be pursing Radisson in regards to this. My opinion Epedia needs to quit associating with, at least this particular property!!!!!

My family and I booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. The mattress used for the sofa bed is probably from the 80s- it was springy and had no padding left at all. No matter how my husband positioned himself, there was a spring poking his body. The mattress on the king bed was better but the pillows were hard and gave my daughter and I a stiff neck. No sleep whatsoever and couldn’t wait to leave. Also, the carpet in the living area was full of stains (black/dark gray). We did not dare walk around without socks. Will never go back.
