It was a fabulous place to stay! The staff was friendly, the unit we stayed in was perfect for our needs, and the property was beautiful! We had lovely views and even saw a deer one of the mornings. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

The overall place isnā€™t bad. They do try to force you into a 90 minute presentation and the guy was a bit rude when I said I wasnā€™t willing to waste 90minutes of my time when Iā€™m down from Canada for only the weekend. Also the pools arenā€™t allowed to have any drinks near them which is a bit ridiculous. Over all tho we did love having our own space, beautiful area so long as your not planning to day trip into Austin daily. Definitely plan to hang out in the area. Tons of cool pubs and breweries

This property is in a beautiful setting, and offers many diverse activities. However, things in the room that should have worked did not, And some of the offerings were dated and inconvenient. To play the arcade games Required a complicated process of getting a "game card." Also, guests need to be aware that there's only basic cable in the rooms. Any movie selection you want ā€“ but you have to sit through commercials. In this day and age, that's just not fun. When we decided to use the DVD player and see our own movie, we discovered on the last night it wasn't working. A call to the desk to ask someone to bring us A replacement DVD player resulted in the 45 minute delay as they " put in a ticket." By then, it was too late to relax and watch the movie we wanted to watch on our last night of vacation. These seem like minor glitches, but for a property that wants to be a full service resort property, they were distinct dissatisfiers. The staff was pleasant enough, but some of those resort features need a definite upgrade.

The unit we stayed in was across the street and all newly renovated also making it walking distance to the restaurant & bar or liquor store. You can cross the street and itā€™s was next to the main grocery store which has live music on the weekends. However !!!! They need blinds on windows as the street lights keep the bedroom all lite up and the padding above you isnā€™t insulated very well, The people above us had small kids, and it was very noisy We could hear everywhere they were going. Also, Some of the stuff at this place is seasonal and could be closed when you arrive
