There are 0 food options. EXTREMELY disappointed about that. After a long day we needed food. Doordash cancelled on us 5-6 times because the hotel is not food delivery friendly. We waited hours for food. The coffee is a 1/10. The hotel is right on the river. Its a huge shame that they have shuttles, but no program to take you up river so that you can float back to your room. Have to pay $26 and wait for a ride back soaking wet, no A/C, and have to wait a long time for all the people to get to the shuttle. So much for that refreshing river.

I loved that there were lots of things for the kids to do. There is a park entrance in the resort, and transportation for the other entrances are right outside the gate of the resort. Our suite had a full kitchen, stainless steel pots/pans, utensils, and dishes; a separate bedroom w/2 queen beds, front/back entrances, and a balcony with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The soap and shampoo provided smells great. The staff was lovely and provided s'mores and popcorn for movie nights (which was every night!). It was very kid-friendly and felt safe. The front office is open 24/7. Parking was a little weird and hard to find, but no real complaints.

Considering we can't access the room until 4, I'd expect a mopped floor. It's not like it was just overlooked for the week. It's definitely a regular oversight. But if you are wearing shoes in the place it's definitely no issue. But I prefer barefoot walking inside. Other than that it was fantastic. A beautiful loft.

Property was built very nicely, but has been taken care of poorly. Excessive mold in both showers, Both sinks in the bathrooms were slow to drain and faucets were extremely loose. The toilet in the master made a “crying baby” noise ALL NIGHT long while we tried to sleep on lumpy mattresses. The room showed major signs of being over used and poorly maintained. You could also hear the upstairs nightmare neighbors stomping around all night and in the morning. We will not be returning.

My family and I have been coming to schlitterbahn for at least 18 years. I hate the new changes to the park since they changed owners. This will be the last time we come to this establishment. They shut down the best rides that are fed by the Comel River, and made everyone wear life vests in the wave pool. They took out the ride that dumps into the live band area and gave it a 3ft depth. They took the floating logs and alligators out of the lazy river. Thats just the tip of the iceberg. Getting around the park is like being ushered around a prison yard constantly going thru metal detectors. The young employees attitude reminds me of the rude ones that work at six flags in Arlington. Overall the money I spent for two days for 4 people wasn't worth it here anymore. The rooms were outdated and expensive. Beds are cheap and don't let you get a good sleep. Same with the pillows. Overall I think its time to say goodbye to our favorite water park because they took everything we loved the most about this park away. I am so very disappointed that the new company is going in this direction. You took something iconic and ruined it.
