Very disappointed with your service ..Arrived on 26 and the hotel was closed ..was unable to find another one to stay at had to come home ..was traveling with 2 children as well .would like to know why I was not notified about this

The room was near and clean, the staff was wonderful! So sad to find out this place is closing in a few weeks I would have totally stayed here again..I will never forget my fabulous weekend at the raven!! ☮️💜!

Paid through Expedia and when we arrived 1 hour before a wedding we we attending, they shook us down for $175. Said “I don’t know what to tell you honey, it’s between you and Expedia”. Rude, rude rude.

Room was absolutely filthy. Comforter was stained and the furniture was broken. Absolutely nothing like advertised. They offered me a full refund. I will be calling you in two days to make sure I receive my money. Thank you

Property should be condemned? Shabby run down. Furniture needs stripping and re painted . If the town wasn’t sold out would have left as soon as arrived !

Glad it will have new owners will watch and return
The place is a wonderful icon establishment which attracts a great crown generally it has been sold and the new owners will be taking over toward the end of the year. Current owners are horrible and should not be in the hotel business. The restaurant is shut down they just got the liquor liq back a couple months ago and were able to get bar and pool bar back open. The limited staff with exception of the low rate rent an attitude security were AWESOME ! The room and exterior needs a lot of work basic maintenance has clearly been ignored by the current owner. No coffee in the rooms and none available without walking a block to McD's or Wawa ~
