I loved the decor. It was so New Orleans! So fun! The room was spacious, bed very comfortable. Coffee bar and fridge in room. A little out of the way, but we preferred it because it was quieter and still within walking distance of most things 10-15 minutes. Staff was helpful in suggesting places to eat. Everything was very clean. Checkin and out were stress free.

This hotel was great! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but easily accessible to Canal and Bourbon Street. The front desk staff were extremely and welcoming (shout out to James and Daymond)! The suite was very spacious and clean. Overall great stay and will stay again on my next visit to New Orleans.

I wish it was better
This hotel was a great location. The main issue is it was freezing cold in our room. Staff informed it was due to how the building is set up we couldn’t control the temperature. We had to wear jumpers in the room and get extra blankets. We are from London and used to the cold but this was so bad we had to buy a new warm top. I dropped a hair pin under the bedside table and it was disgusting. The table was on wheels and could be easily moved yet it hadn’t been vacuumed. There was also a plaster (band-aid) and mini lip brush on the floor when we entered which was odd as it would be hard to miss when cleaning, as it was bright pink. The 2 hot cups for the coffee machine in the room were disposable and we were there a week yet we kept having to ask for more as they weren’t replenished even when we housekeeping finally did our room. Also wifi stopped working for a time but never got to find out why. The lobby microwave and in-house drink and snack store were convenient and staff were nice but I couldn’t stay there again.
