I loved that the facility was clean and the smell was refreshing. The check in staff was very rude. I asked her where do I park? She stated valet parking. I said do I have to use them? She stated yes. To compliment someone's stay with water, you pay $3. So sad. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO DOUBLE TREE HOTEL!! Due to being away from home approximately 300 miles, I felt like I was forced to pay for stuff to stay there. Such a horrible experience.

Overall as I said very good quality stay and service. BUT when I went to check in they claimed they had my reservation but I still needed to pay for it luckily I had my receipt from Hotel. Com. I showed and they told me an oversight Apologies. When I was back at home a charge came thru on card at 9pm. They had charged me for bottle water I did not use in room. They credited me. Lol. Make sure you have your receipts.

Great location. Close and easy walking to French quarter, proximity to cruise port, and Caesar's across the street. Staff was able to accommodate an early check due to earlier flight change which we were very grateful. Thank you.
