Check in was lacking. They were polite but, they said our room wasnt ready yet and they would call me. I sat there for 1 hour then asked. They apologized and said it was ready. Ugh. Then next morning they were trying to come in our room 2 hours before checkout and we had not checked out. Bathroom had a ton of rust in shower.

Hotel is in a great location for getting around New Orleans, everywhere is walkable and it’s a lively place. Downside is the hotel isn’t very sound proof, you could hear all coming and going in our room and as you would expect in Mew Orleans people are moving around at every hour! The décor in our room was a little worn out with damp patches in the ceiling but the housekeeping was excellent, couldn’t fault them.

Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Went for the Raiders vs Saints game. Elevators were slow game day because it was so busy but outside of that, we’d definitely stay again.

Absolutely horrible … front desk staff on all shifts are very rude, and of course the general manager Francis Carmillio was never available. Ask for towels never received them, Refrigerator did not work, requested 3 times to be fixed. Will never return to this hotel would rather pay more and stay somewhere where the staff is courteous. It cost nothing to be kind, and the staff needs to realize the guest contributes to their hourly wage. Very disappointing stay. Word of mouth goes along way, my family and friends go to New Orleans and I will share this horrible experience to all social media and anyone traveling.

Great hotel!
We came in for the weekend for the football game and the hotel was perfect for us. We were close enough to Caesars Superdome, the French Quarter and Caesars Casino to walk. It was super easy to check in and out and all the staff were polite and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

NO hot water.
The room was great, clean and comfortable. However, when I checked in was told there was no hot water. This continued for the entire day. Was difficult because I was there for a wedding that evening and could not take a shower because of no hot water. My son and his wife stayed there too, and they were given points for the problem however I was offered nothing.

The water in toilet ran all night n want flush . paid for a king was gave a double no towels rusty n smelled like old water defy sewer problem.But one thing the lady at front was understanding only good thing in the hotel
