Breakfast was an issue each morning, took forever to take and place orders and receive food (one day had to get take away because we would miss our day trip), only Valet parking at $52 a night, I was charged twice for the room stay so had to sort that out. Our toiletries didn’t get topped up so ran out of bath soap and didn’t get new face washes. For the price we paid I wasn’t very impressed with the service. Also no laundry service was available.

Needed to move rooms because it’s smelled like sewerage. Then the gentleman downstairs seemed annoyed before I was questioning the situation. At first they sprayed the room but smell came back then I was moved. In my new room there was blood on a pillow. Outside of the bell service not a good experience

The AC was not producing cold air. Desk agent said hotel was sold out and couldn't move us. After maintenance came to room, he adjusted something and said it should work in a few hours and if not, call back to front desk. After being gone for 5 hours, the room was hotter. Called front desk and she had 5 other rooms she wanted us to look at to see if they were cooler. They weren't cooler and they were in the same location just on higher floors as ours. The last room she showed us was a very small double bedded room (we had reserved a king suite) but the AC worked so we downgraded and moved our belongings. Desk agent was very helpful in finding a room with working AC, but no discount provided for downgraded room.

It was surrounded by everything. Place could be cleaner and they tidy our room but we had the same sheets from day one. Im not picky and dont care if you dont change the sheets but if im there from Monday to Friday one change of sheets would have been nice then they didnt clean the room at all on the fourth day and no new towels. Customer service was ok but no one really greeted you only one nice guy but the women just look at ya. Ok place but not to come back to. Location was ok

Small flying bugs in the room-approximately 10-12. Air conditioning did not cool well and the room was humid. Shower leaked into bathroom floor at the seal near the floor. The staff was amazing all around and it’s a great location.

I wouldn’t stay here ever again. Didn’t even stay my first night out of 2 that I booked. Roach & blood on the bed is all I have to say. I do appreciate the employees though! Very understanding, no questions asked.
