Great spacious property, in easy walking distance of the French Quarter and other districts. Virtual concierge is a great idea and very helpful. Property was clean and comfortable. Group of 4 had a ground floor apartment which was mostly quiet apart from the odd siren. Our room opened to the outdoor terrace, only drawback being the outdoor lights illuminating the room slightly through the curtains at night time. Otherwise a perfect stay, would recommend!

The a/c did not blow cold air at first at all in our rooms . After a few phone calls to a remote person who sounded like she was at a party, we relayed the information about the warm air, nothing happened. I called again the next morning after an uncomfortable night of hot sleeping. I was told the a/c would be looked at during the day. Before we left for the day, the maintenance man brought in a shop vac and vacuumed the coils, at least what I assumed he did. That did not work, the bedrooms were intolerably hot again that night. Not once did the thermostat go below 79 degrees. I am highly disappointed. This was my first time using Roami and I was looking forward to our stay. I doubt I will use Roami again. What makes the situation worse is that, there is no physical manager to speak to, only a woman who is clearly distant and remote. She has no authority to help or oversee a situation except through the phone. I requested a later checkout but was denied because apparently a new guest was checking in behind us. Why? Why would you place another guest in a suite that is has air conditioning issues? Shame on you Roami for chasing the almighty dollar instead of taking care of your guests.

I have stayed at this property over several times. Typically my experience has always been good except on this occasion. At my arrival, I notified the property that I wanted to check in, they verified with house keeping that the room was ready, but it was an two hours before 4pm, they tried to charge me an additional amount. When I needed to refrigerate my medicine. The call center the property outsource was very insensitive. Secondly, when entering the room, I notice some repairs that was needed to be completed. Mostly cosmetics but definitely wasnā€™t up to par as prior stays. Third, I notified the property that there were no small towels, no accommodations were made. They just suggested for me to go to the lounge area and get some towels off the shelf, which there was only two small towels available. I requested more, but was not serviced. The bed was very comfortable and overall the best part is that the room was very clean. There is a miss in appropriate service after hours at this property and a lack of communication between housekeeping and on call(virtual front desk). The other miss is that they donā€™t take in consideration how frequent an individual stays.

It's a beautiful apartment with a washer and dryer, great interior design, and a cool kitchen. It was very comfortable and fairly quiet. This was my second stay at this property and it did not disappoint.

It was a bit noisy. Needs more sound proofing in the windows if possible. But given that, I didnā€™t hear anyone in the surrounding condos, if there were any. It was a beautiful place to stay and would not hesitate to stay there or refer it to anyone else. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Absolutely loved our stay at Roami. Location was perfect, easy walking distance to Canal Street, shopping, restaurants etc. Our room was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. The only downside is our room was next to the street where the streetcar went by making it a bit noisy. If staying again Iā€™d ask for a room on opposite side of hotel.

Ok hotel.
The property is good. It is located in a good area, close enough to most things while being in a quiet area of New Orleans. I would stay here again, but it lacks any kind personable experience. You most likely wont even see a live human that works there. Thats not so much the problem, but the constant communication via phone was weird. If there is a problem, I dont know who would come and deal with it. It just seems silly. I had a pretty good stay, but I wouldnt stay there again.
