My reservation was for 2 rooms with 2 beds each. Was told it wasn’t available it will be a king pull out instead. Pull out bed was not ready. I asked front desk for the pillows and linen was tood they bring it up. Waited 2 hours and nothing. We had to go down to get it. They were having elevator renovations and it was so inconvenient

The elevator needs to be updated. I got stuck on the elevator 3 times. I can’t do stairs so that made it inconvenient for me. Plus the elevator was extremely slow and only one was working

It was terrible. Elevator was broken we were on the 11th floor. Had to go up and down the stairs. Manager did not know when the elevator would be fixed. Breakfast was cold.

This was a horrific day. We used this hotel a couple of years ago when it was under another brand name. New management system that is here now I am highly disappointed because It’s Hilton. When we first arrive, I found someone’s watermelon vape in the room. There was food left in the microwave. The TV Offered Google Chromecast only to find out that that service wasn’t available. To top it all off the elevator in the building stopped working. Days before it stopped working it sounded as if it was going to fall apart we were afraid of using it. This was one of our worst experiences. We were on the 6th floor and had to take the stairs with our luggage and pet. The hotel compensated us.

Property was clean however the elevator went down and I was located on the 15th floor. Which was pure hell to walk up. Staff did not seem to have a sense of urgency to have the elevator fixed either. I just hope that there were nobody handicapped in the hotel or they were SOL.

Watch your step
Front entrance has a step down onto the sidewalk. I walked out to meet my taxi and was unaware of the step and fell on my knees. There should be a sign of some sort by the front entrance. It’s hard to see at night.

The hotel has no Drive up to check in or place to park. The place is old and in bad shape. My family got stuck in the elevator and then had to walked down 10 floors to check out. You have to pay to park with other companies not affiliated with the hotel. All the streets around the hotel are one way. Does not meet Hampton inn standards at other locations. Too bad! The people were great but the building is not in good shape.

The property had an elevator down, leaving all guests to only have access to one elevator. This caused many delays because we all had to wait until the elevator was clear. It was a true inconvenience. Additionally, I requested daily housekeeping when I checked into the hotel. The room was not cleaned as requested. When I made an additional request, the room was still not cleaned when I returned that afternoon. Finally, after a third attempt, housekeeping came to provide towels and empty trash. Overall, the experience was not great, but the hotel was conveniently located to many attractions.

Very clean hotel. Good breakfast. The bad thing is that it is a big hotel with 2 small elevators, one didn't work, the other broke down several times during the day and night! I stayed on the 12th floor. I had to go up and down the stairs several times because of this. I don't recommend it!!!

Good rooms and breakfast, unfortunately the hotel doesn't have their own parking, they recommend to park at a hospital next door they charge you between 8 to 20dollars per night.

The property is on an abandoned part of Canal Street. There are only two guest elevators for this 14 story hotel. One elevator was completely broken and out of service. The other elevator broke down more times than we can count. We had to take the stairs to our 12th floor room more than once. Staff seemed aloof, giving us the impression this happens all the time. The broken elevator delayed our departure over an hour. Also - there’s no parking for this hotel. They recommended a parking garage adjacent to a partially abandoned hospital where homeless people frequent.
