I was overcharged $1,060 on two separate $530 charges that were added to my card after I was only supposed to be making a deposit for $200 for “incidentals”. I approached the staff on several different occasions to resolve the issue and nobody could.

On corner of intersection in an area full of car parks, so traffic noise on 2nd floor quite noticeable. I know Moxy is the "edgy" brand in the Marriott stable, but table and chair hanging on the wall? Perlease! Room very small. No storage. Room clean and presentable though. 3 min walk to Canal Street. Area quite safe imo. Staff ok.

I was really disappointed with my stay. My first room was dirty and had bugs, so I asked to switch rooms, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse – still unclean and with the same issues. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

When we checked in the system was down and the manager I assume had to write down my credit card number on a sheet of paper listed with all the rooms And others credit card information. He never mentioned shredding this paperwork and I never seen him again during my stay to confirm he shredded the paperwork with my card information on it. I had to call my bank and get a new card number due to my card information being written down!!! We had no toilet paper in our room upon arrival and when we asked it took hours! House keeping didn’t clean our room or give us fresh towels!! This is my second time staying here and this will be my last.

The staff was amazing, the hotel was clean. But we probably wouldn’t stay again. Our room didn’t have a window to the outside, it was just a small window that went out to a brick wall so we had no natural light. If you book here, ask for a room with a window
