We had an amazing time here. It was walkable to all the places we wanted to see in NOLA and made a great home away from home for many of us Cleveland Browns fans who came in for the game.

I think if they provided the proper towels per apartment that would have been great. We received our wash clothes on the last night stay on our 3 day stay. Very disappointed in the service we received. Was told to hang them to dry after use. But we never had them to begin with. When inquired about them was told we would be receiving them.

The property was beautiful. Exactly what we needed and what was advertised. I was a little confused about checking in, but I eventually got that figured out. And there were many parking lots in the area to choose from so that wasn’t an issue.

although we stayed in an apartment (thru Sonder) desolate area no where close to get food or coffee for apt. It is connected to the Jung Hotel - a big marble entrance old hotel . no coffee service downstairs . no cafe to grab a muffin. had to walk 3 long city blocks to the Roosevelt to get a cup of coffee. I don't know if these apts are individually owned ? the interiors were horrific.. looked like they they were picked up off the street. never again

It was a very spacious accommodation, perfect for our football crew. It was close to the Superdome, and Bourbon St. Not all of the electrical outlets work, but that is a minor detail.
