The hotel is dirty, and the cleaning is absolutely not made correctly. When I check in, there was food on my floor in my room and despite 2 request of cleaning the food was still there after 6 days when I checked out. There was hair, in my shower, etc etc. The commun place is not clean as well. In the morning the people who're working there are never smiling.. This hotel should be refresh and operated in a more professional way

This Hotel was nice for the price. The staff were friendly upon check-in. Room was spacious. Breakfast was great with many options to choose from. Valet was quick and easy. The only things we seen on our stay was that the room could use a dusting and the TV in the sitting area didn't work. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel!
I was pleasantly surprised! We booked for a little stay-cation as we are from the area and Iā€™m happy to add this to a list of favorites! Centrally located near lots of fun attractions such as the riverwalk, Bourbon street, shopping, and great eateries! The hotel was nice, the staff were courteous, and the room was very clean.

We were 3 couples staying two nights before a cruise. The location was great, close to the pier. It was about a 20 min walk to the French quarter. The building is old and is due renovations. The rooms were adequate and breakfast was good. So overall, it was a good value for the price.

We loved the set up of this property. It was between all the live plants, felt very serene. However, the staff at the front desk were rude. Our room was not ready for over 2 hours of the check in time. Which was inconvenient since we were there for a concert.

Expensive parking $45 dollars a day. Also a $250 deposit that Expedia didnā€™t notify us about set me and my family back a bit after I thought we paid for everything in advance. Now itā€™s going to take awhile for my deposit to get back to me. Not very happy about that everything else was fine I suppose.

The hotel was unclean and unkempt. The staff was rude unhelpful, and unprofessional. I had a dead roach in my room and was told I had to put in a 24 hour request for housekeeping to remove it. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I would never book this hotel ever again!!

This is a convenient location for the Convention Center (and WW2 museum, very close) and not far from the French Quarter. Our apartment was quite spacious if a little tired. The free breakfast was a great bonus and breakfast hours are generous. There are a few good eating options within a few minutes' walk. CLose to St Charles Streetcar line

The people at the front desk were friendly. Nice location, spacious rooms. Itā€™s just a bit basic. The showers could use updating (shower heads) the beds arenā€™t the most comfortable, but theyā€™re not terrible.
