I like the spacious apartment. It was very clean. The front apartment there is some birds in the trees that make noise at 5:30 am and woke me up everyday. People that work there does not speak English. I was out of soap for 5 days of my trip. Overall it is a good place and price.

I had a beautiful stay at the Roami. I absolutely loved the room! The swimming pool was beautiful! There were just a few small issues that I felt needed improvements. The soap dispensers weren't all functionalable, we needed more towels and they weren't any left when we went down to get more. The washing machine had a bad smell. Otherwise, I will make this my home away from home.

Be wary staying here! The front desk is virtual. I rented 2 adjoining rooms They were not stocked with any wash cloths or hand towels and we needed more bath towels. I had to txt a number to contact anyone and it was an automated txt so I was never able to talk to someone about getting our missing items! They kept telling me ā€œthe teamā€ would get us the items and the whole time we stayed they never showed up. The pool was supposed to be open 8am every morning but it wasnā€™t The drains in a couple of the showers were plugged. The beds were decent, nothing really comfy but the couch bed was horrible and all of our remotes were not working at all! The location was great, a grocery store was right down the street and we found an amazing breakfast place, bear cat around the corner from the hotel, definitely suggest eating there! It all comes down to you cannot take real people and replace them with ā€œvirtualā€ employees! Hotels need to have a real person to help with customer service!! When we want things we want them now not 5 days later. I was able to finally get ahold of a real person the night before we checked out?? They wear willing to bring our items the next morning but that was the morning we were checking out LOL. That isnā€™t any help at all. It shouldnā€™t be that hard to get items that are missing from the room?!! They did end up giving a small refund back because of the trouble but I wonā€™t be staying here again.

Enjoyed the property and location of the property for the wifeā€™s birthday ā€œstaycationā€. Only issue we had was upon arrival. Code for front door did not work, room was 85Ā° because thermostat was set to heat and there were some termites inside due to balcony door not being shut all the way. Not quite sure how I feel about the phone call received a day after booking and paying in full to ask the reason of our stay and to ensure we were not having a party since we were locals. We would book again besides that as the location and property were great

A different type of hotel without employees or
The hotel is a rehabbed warehouse so the rooms are very large. There are no employees around because all communication is by email and text so that was a negative. The water pressure in my 5th floor shower was non existent.

Everything about this place was wonderful. The place is very modern with a great kitchen, shower, overall bathroom, & bedroom. It has a huge patio with a grill & view of the city. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to fix the broken items in the game room. Overall, we loved our stay & wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved our stay! The rooftop pool was perfect for the kids, and the 2 bedroom unit was perfect for all of us! Beautiful kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms with all the amenities, and even the laundry soap with the washer / dryer! Great grocery store nearby and lots of great dining options. We wanted to move in and stay forever :) highly recommend the Brandywine!!!

Booked last minute as my family was also staying at the property- it was a pretty solid hotel experience especially for the money. The hallways are kinda weird and my room didnt have any windows which was also odd but the room was massive and up to date. Not perfectly clean but pretty good. For the rate I got, I would definitely stay again

Would abolutely stay here again or at another Roami. Great value. Excellent space. Adjoining room was noisy til after 1 a.m. and belligerent . Took multiple calls to owner to resolve. I think this was a rare situation and overall the place was very quiet. And that was just one night of our multi night stay. So we would ho again.

When we arrived, the pool was FREEZING cold, and being British we can take cold water. However, it was so cold it was unusable. The next day the pool was empty again and it was not refilled for the duration of our stay. The pool was the only reason i booked here so the children could be entertained whilst i was at the Convention centre. So, a little disappointed. The room and reception staff were perfect, and the location was excellent!.

For my family of 4 we rented a 2BR at Roami Brandywine. The good: -Easy to access and instructions were great -Our room was spacious, decorated nicely and comfortable. - The room came with coffee and some essentials (soap, shampoo, etc.) - There is a grocery about 2 short blocks away so it was easy to get us all set. - Gym is great, and the pool area was clean The bad: - The bedpad in one of the rooms was covered in hair and had deep stains in it, also the door to the other bedroom screeched when opened. - when asking for a clean bedpad and some WD40 (for the door) it took them a day to respond. (and I tried to contact via both voice call (which went to voicemail every time I called it) and text. - They have a game room, which my kids loved, but it seems everything in there was broken. (Foosball handles were missing, only two paddles for ping pong, pool table was okay, but no chalk for the cues and the sticks are mostly bent.) All in all, for the money, it was fine, but they do need to figure out how to respond in a timely manner to questions and needs. (If we had really needed something urgent, I doubt we would have received a timely response.)
