When I arrived I had several things that did not work. I didn't get much help on how to fix these, including the TV. I think the room had recently been repainted and just power point plug ins and cable relocating was the problem.I fixed all issues myself but I was disappointed about the response.

My room smelled like cigarettes and asked for it to be cleaned/vented outā€¦ but no change after clean. The sink had a significant crack in it. It was noisy due to the construction work but also can easily hear conversation from next room. The staff was good in general, it just felt lacking and minimal service. For the price you pay for the hotelā€¦ you would get better service and better room somewhere else.

Perfectly clean and well appointed hotel, Staff were a bit disinterested and unhelpful. Parking (like everywhere in NOLA) is a rip off. Still it's walking distance from Canal St, French Quarter and Warehouse District and is central to the Trolley and Buses.

I booked this hotel 11 months ago for three nights for the Taylor Swift concert. After two night stay the front desk told me I was to check out because I only booked for two nights The hotel was sold out so they asked me to leave. Even though I showed them my receipt, they said it was. Expediaā€™s problem. I finally convinced the clerk at the front desk showing confirmation and paid receipt after several conversations. She was very rude and confrontational..I found your entire staff unfriendly as well. Will never stay here again.

All staff including valet were very friendly and accommodating. The room itself was a little worn, with badly patched holes in the bathroom wall, cracks and stains in the sink and the fridge froze anything we put in it. There was also very limited wall outlets, even more so than we first thought as one by the bed was so loose the plug fell out. The room was fine for a short stay with only two of us but considering it has max occupancy of four this wouldnā€™t have been suitable.

Fabulous stay here. Staff were great - really helpful and friendly. Hotel was overall clean and the room we had was more than comfortable. In walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do, would absolutely stay here again.
