This property shows a lot of wear and needs to be updated. The front door to the property was so grungy I was afraid to touch it. Not sure whether it needed to be scrubbed or painted. While our room was clean, the base of the toilet looked like it had been caulked by someone who didnā€™t know what they were doing. It was a pretty unsightly job. The toilet paper was so far away from the toilet that my arms were almost too short to reach it. And the drain cover in the tub/shower floated out of place whenever we used it. Since we were only there two nights, we just put up with it and moved on. But I wouldnā€™t stay there again.

Property was not very clean. found a bug on my pillow. someone also attempted to come in my room using a key but did not knock or announce themselves. Was later told the next day that it was maintenance needing to fix bathroom light. bathroom light was fine.

Not the best 2 night stay.
Below what I expected from a Marriott brand. The hotels needs remodeling, parking lot was so dark, people hanging in the parking lot drinking and getting drunk and making a lot a noise, we could hear it in our room. The Closet rail was broken, I reported on the night of arrival, asked to be taking care next day in the morning, never happened, screws were on the floor. Toilet keeps running water and definitely not comfortable since the bowl is so low. Very disappointed from this Marriott hotel. Will probably not book this hotel again.

There were cockroaches around the property paint was peeling in different areas of my room. Carpet in hallway stunk need a deep cleaning or replacement. The room wasnā€™t stocked and the pool was filthy

Our hotel room was definitely not at all what I thought it would be. It was ranked 8 out of 10 but I would have put it as 4 out of 10. It had the Marriott name so even though I never heard of Townsuite brand, I trusted the Marriott brand but this definitely didnā€™t have that level of standards. When we first checked in, the corridor had an heavy smoke smell. When we proceeded down the main hallway, it smelled like a dirty bathroom. Our room had a mildew smell. The sleeper couch wasnā€™t what it was described to be. It was on the floor and not supported nor did it have a mattress. It was hard. The kitchen area didnā€™t have working air which I know can happen from time to time. It wasnā€™t fixed in our 5 day stay though. I would stay in this area but I would not stay at this hotel again.
