This property was conveniently located. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and very well laid out. The bathroom was great - good shower, very ample vanity area and good lighting!! Breakfast was good and had a nice variety.

First time staying at the Berlin Grande. It is a beautiful hotel and the property is gorgeous. Convenient to walk to downtown Berlin. While the room was huge, itā€™s not very sound proof. We were on the 2nd floor and the people above us allowed their kids to jump and stomp all over their room. It made me never want to stay there again unless we have a top floor, which is the 4th. I didnā€™t like how your room was pre-assigned before so they wouldnā€™t change it. Itā€™s not the staffā€™s fault of the people above us; the new addition part we stayed in wasnā€™t built sound.
