It was in a poor neighbor location, unsafe at night, walked to stored encountered drunks yelling in streets, saw police arresting people a block away, parking was away from hotel without oversight , security , or even cameras, vehicle was damaged overnight. This is not what you would expect at a holiday inn express. Need to relocate.

The door of my room didn’t lock, asked for fixing it in the morning, and I got back at night and they haven’t done it, I asked for it again and they fixed it, thanks God I didn’t leave any things of big value because all day my door wasn’t looked. And the phone didn’t function but I almost never use it.

Very dissatisfied customer! For a 5 night stay our room was cleaned only once. Not once was the garbage empty. The breakfast was horrible. On top of all that we have to pay for parking! I would not recommend this place! Customers service sucks.

Staff was wonderful, room and building were very clean and updated. Parking was valet only and that was an additional fee. Complimentary breakfast was great. A lot of choices and fresh products. Would definitely stay there again.

Not The Best Experience
When we arrived. We were given a room and when we went to the room, it had not been cleaned, beds were still in disarray and it smelled. The front desk helped us and found us a different room - which is the only reason I gave 4 stars for service. The new room was clean but also freaked of perfume. It smelled like someone had broken a bottle or something it was so strong. We only needed to stay for a night in-between another stay so it fit our need but I don’t think I would stay here again.
