The rooms were spacious in consideration to its price. The staff were always accommodating on anything at anytime as well and the place itself is convenient to travel anywhere as it’s near the subway

I was forced to pay for 2 rooms, even if I couldn’t arrive at the property because my flight was cancelled due to the Microsoft Outage. Such a poor customer service, person at the front desk doesn’t understand and speak proper English, and management didn’t want to have any communication with Expedia or me, until the next day, so they can charge me for no show up. Really disappointed! Will never book with them again, and i will make sure more people hear about my experience with this propery, and their rudeness !

i was treated extremely poorly by staff they were extremely judgement from the minute i stepped foot into the establishment they gave me attitude at check in and quite literally took a verification pen to all the cash i handed them (which was all 20's and a few 1's) including the $1 bills looked at me with disgust the entire transaction then put me in a room that had a disgusting stain on the sheets gave me attitude and refused to change my room. i would not stay here again
