I stayed from Dec 29, 2014 to Jan 1, 2025. The room was very dirty, blonde hair, trash on the floor, pills, extreme dust... The staff was very indifferent to helping... I speak Spanish... The day I went down for toothpaste, Mr. Mike started singing a Cuban song in Spanish. I appreciate his song, I return his mockery. The hotel was in a very good location and I liked the breakfast.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Excellent location for Times Square and other NYC attractions. Breakfast was ok, but so many people not observing queuing system led to friction in the dining area. The only bad part was the ageing elevators which stopped more than 20 times en route from the 28th floor.

Staff was great and friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of breakfast items. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage and return to retrieve it before departing the city. Parking garage was a distance if you parked a vehicle.
