We had a great stay at this hotel. Due to the holidays the hotel lobby was very crowded and every staff member handled it with grace and a smile. Very friendly staff.

I hardly do these reviews but felt feedback was important. Elevators are hardly accessible with huge wait times to get out of building. We walked down 19 flights with luggage to get out and helped another couple do the same to avoid being late. Did not have enough towels. Water barely lukewarm the entire stay. I would not book this location again.

One night visit to NYC. Driving in the city isn’t for everyone, but we were happy with our stay in this hotel priced at the low end for NYC. Room was small, but it had all we needed.

Clean room, comfortable beds, easy access to major NYC landmarks. Only issue was there were only 2 elevators for 30 floor hotel. Staff and guests both had to use them. Being in the 21st floor, we often had to let elevator pass because it was already full. Most times, 12 people (including baggage, vacuums and large strollers) squished into one elevator. Even considering that, we would stay there again.
