Traveled with our small dogs and needed a private outdoor space for them since they aren’t ‘city dogs’. We were fortunate to find a King efficiency suite with a balcony area with a little green around stone pavers. Room was small but dogs comfort/outdoor space was the priority! Bed was super comfy, along with pillows & bedding. Had an awesome large flat screen that could be tilted. The kitchenette was convenient for preparing dogs’ special diet. Dishwasher, microwave & fridge were used daily! Black out & filtering shades were great for privacy and comfort. Laminate floors were clean, especially for dogs. Mini sofa folded out but we used it for just seating. Side table folded out but not big enough for dining at. Outdoor space wasn’t pretty, table & chairs weathered. Green space around the pavers were weeds/moss, not grass…but it was workable for our dogs. Even though it was a nonsmoking floor, we could smell our neighbors often smoking weed from their patios next to us. So we only used that space for the dogs. Bathroom/shower was nicely tiled but no counter space & sliding door didn’t offer much ‘privacy’. Location was convenient. Parking was down the street & expensive with no in/out privileges. Staff was nice. Offered free breakfast & use of gym. Didn’t use housekeeping at our request because of our dogs staying with us. Overall was happy but would only select again because of the dogs outdoor private balcony space, which was the reason we chose it.

Loved my stay! The staff was super friendly, anyone I spoke to was very helpful! Was a walk away from Times Square, will definitely stay again. Thank you Lynn for the great deal and help with planning our next vacation! Thank you Jorge for being so kind in the breakfast area :) Breakfast was great also, lots of variety and 12pm checkout gave me an extra hour of sleep :)

The property itself was clean and modern. The room was larger than expected. It’s impossible to get an elevator if you’re staying on the middle floors and we had to walk down 7 flights of stairs a few times. Doing this with young children is quite inconvenient and exhausting when you’re carrying a stroller and bags. The staff are less than helpful and I can’t say that we interacted with anyone who seemed to like working there or had a care in the world about providing a pleasant experience. Outside of the property is scattered with homeless people which did not make us feel safe at all even during day light hours. Definitely would not stay here again.

There was just a few things that needed assistance. Our shower leaked onto the floor due to a broken seal and the sofa pull out was very squeaky and uncomfortable. The breakfast was awesome and so nice to be able to take back to your room to eat. Nice view, staff pleasant.

There was not a blanket on the bed, they used a mattress topper for the blanket in between two sheets. Nice breakfast Buffett although it was always extremely busy.
