So, nice room. However, the second you walk in, the room (720) smells like the Shake Shack which is up around the corner. The shower had a nice rainfall attachment, however, the distance between freezing and scalding hot was a hair's width. Then, after about 5 mins, the hot water cut off completely. Glad I'd washed and rinsed the important parts. Location was great for our purposes. Bar was nice for a night cap. Front desk staff were pleasant and courteous.

The street/garage parking across the street from the hotel was incredibly convenient and the Stinger (in hotel restaurant) had incredible service and food. Overall the staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. Beds were comfortable, room was very clean. Great stay.

Nothing but wonderful
Last year we stayed at the Crowne Plaza. Well it was motel 6 compared to this place!!!! The staff was so nice and made us feel special the entire week. They had security outside all nught long to make sure nobody followed us into the hotel at night. The bellmen were so fast i turned around my luggage was on its way to our room already i thought i had been robbed. The room service is good and quick. Nothing but goid things about this place. Only a suggestion, put some coke machines in the building!! JS.

The hotel is perfectly settled for visiting NY and easy access to subway. The beds could really be a little bigger and firmer. Same for the pillows which are too soft with no other options. We would have appreciated a little shopping area in the hotel instead of just a bar and a restaurant. We appreciated our upgrade with a skyline view and the room is very spacious, same for the bathroom. Unfortunately we had some CBD smokers in rooms next to ours and it smelled into our room too....not that good with childrens.

It was below expectations for cleanliness. The glassdoor to bath had mold and there was dust around all the furniture and even under the beds. It was disgusting because you can tell those areas are never cleaned. The hallway of the floor smelled foul I’m not sure what it was but it was potent.

The room was not clean when we arrived; the furniture and bathroom were dusty, the carpet on the room was vacuumed at all the whole week, the bathroom appliances were dirty (towel handles, etc). The walls were also dirty.

Its a great place to stay as its close by to everything, their breakfast is good and the rooms are Ok as well. Their charging is complex, they charge and give some free credits which is very confusing and not useful enough. The queen beds for 4 member family stay wasn’t very comfortable compared with other hotels .

The staff was very friendly, especially valet and they explained everything thoroughly and were always a call away. Hotel in general was very clean and smelled amazing. 10/10, we will be booking again.

Restaurant staff were amazing at The Stringer. The actual hotel from inside is not worth the premium room with view. It is misleading. Our heat was not working but they fixed quickly. We ran out of tissue when we furst arrived but they replaced quickly, same with towels.
