The room was small but well organized/laid out. The bed was quite comfortable. Our only reservation is that the frig lacked a freezer. The multiple elevators were speedy. The range of breakfast servings was quite broad. The location was convenient to Central Park. Many dining options close by.

The overall property was beautiful. The staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. The only downside I can find is that the walls for the rooms to the hallway were too thin to my liking. Other than that I would definitely visit again.

So Quiet and Safe
The location is great. Everything we went to was either close by Uber, Subway, or walking. It was quiet in our room and everyone at the hotel is very friendly. The only negative I have is the shower. It has a short curtain and the water overflows on the rest of the bathroom. The views were absolutely amazing!!! Definitely coming back.

Very enjoy our stay , fantastic location in the heart of Manhattan, making it ideal for those wanting to be close to Central Park, Times Square, and other major attractions. Its high-rise structure provides incredible views of the city, which is a highlight for many guests I believe . The breakfast offering a variety of options to start the day. However, while the hotel excels in location and views, there are some downsides when it comes to room quality. The rooms are on the smaller side, which might be expected for Manhattan, but need more attention in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. cleanliness of the room would enhance the overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free luggage storage was convenient. My room had a fantastic skyline view, and both the room and breakfast lounge were very clean. The breakfast buffet was rich, with the option to take food and coffee/tea for the day. Free water and coffee were available all day, along with delicious free ice cream in the afternoon. However, the bread selection at breakfast was limited to toast and bagels, and the sugary muffins were inedible. Additionally, only paper plates and plastic cutlery were provided at breakfast. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.
