Very clean, quiet and everything was practically brand new. The location was easily accessible going out and coming back in. Parking was right out front, and the friendliness and the professionalism of the staff was excellent. Will stay here again.

I arrived at the property really early, and the ladies at the front were so accommodating. They facilitated an early check-in and provided great information on how to get to and from the hospital back to the hotel. They also shared all of the hotel rules and amenity options. I felt a sense of warmth from Phylis and the other lady (I don't remember her name). Phylis even remembered and checked in with me about the family member I visited at the hospital. She even cared enough to ensure I had snacks for my long journey. My room was fantastic, and a plus was that even though I was close to the elevator, I couldn't tell as the space was quiet. I will stay here again. Thank you Team!

I recently stayed at the Home2 Suites and had quite a disappointing experience. I booked a room with two beds and a sofa, but upon checking in, I was given a room with a king-size bed instead. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue with the front desk, I was repeatedly told that since I booked through a third-party deal, nothing could be done to accommodate my original reservation. This left me very dissatisfied with my stay. It's disappointing when a hotel doesn't honor its commitments or make efforts to resolve guest concerns, regardless of how the booking was made. I hope they improve their customer service in the future to avoid such frustrations for other guests.
