I never got to stay at the hotel because they canceled my reservation an hour before I was to check in.. they blamed it on overbooking and because I booked through a third party. PEOPLE DONT BOOK FROM THIRD PARTIES. Management at the hotel were rude, unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate

Everything was nice until I saw roaches in my room. There were hiccups with check in as well. One of the rooms for my group wasn’t the style of room booked. Once we inquired we were told the room selection isn’t guaranteed because we used a 3rd party site.

Overall the stay was great.Clean modern great staff. However being that it is pet friendly there should be designated rooms to accommodate this. As some people are allergic to dogs and sometimes any amount of cleaning cannot get rid of smell. Also saw a guest getting his breakfast and holding a dog in the other hand. This is unsanitary had I not already gotten my food I would not have eaten anything after seeing this.

I did not like the room cleaning scheduled for only weekend. Staff service is not much satisfactory. Staff members at reception should be pleasant for conversation. Far way from Subway. Hotel neatly maintained. Breakfast is good.
